GQ presents 2015 Man of the Year

SECTION: GQ

TAGS: GQ, press-release, Man of the Year

The list of nominations has been slightly changed in 2015

On September 8, GQ presented its Man of the Year awards at the 13th awarding ceremony at Barvikha Luxury Village. This time, partners of one of the most prestigious awards in Moscow included S. T. Dupont, the Farfetch online fashion aggregator of the world’s best boutiques, Audi premium car manufacturer and Breitling. The irreplaceable host Ivan Urgant set the tone for the show.

The list of nominations has been slightly changed in 2015. The awards team dropped the Trendsetter of the Year category in favor of a more topical nomination, Best Writer.

Based on the results of the readers’ poll, GQ Man of the Year award was presented to actor Yevgeny Tsyganov.

This year, the GQ team decided to drop the traditional theater performance format of the ceremony and invited guests to a dinner by A.V.E.N.U.E chef David Desso at Barvikha Luxury Village.

After the ceremony, winners and distinguished guests continued the evening at an informal gathering at Barvikha Hotel & Spa with more pleasant surprises for the Man of the Year nominees and winners.
