Condé Nast is opening a Russian office for Social Talent Agency, the first in-house network agency for hiring influencers

Later in 2019, the agency will release its own platform & tool, including a database of influencers, analytical possibilities and a trend calculator for talent identifying.

The basis of the business model is #ShareRealTalent approach, which includes a qualitative audit of the client’s influencer marketing strategy, recruitment of appropriate influencers and opinion leaders with real achievements and dedicated followers, and, of course, meeting Conde Nast’s standards and it’s brands DNA.
