This year, CNDD includes five sections

On April 6, 2017, Digital October will host the 8th Condé Nast Digital Day conference, an annual gathering where leading professionals and experts from around the world discuss the most topical issues of the rapidly changing media world, digital marketing, best case studies in digital media and trends in the digital market.

This year, CNDD includes five sections. Each section will reflect the changes in media strategies, cover online retail innovation and customer opinion influence tools, as well as demonstrate opportunities of various research projects and results of customer personalization.

Condé Nast Russia President Anita Gigovskaya will open the conference. In her opening remarks, she will introduce the audience to the company’s media strategy.

The first section of CNDD 2017 will be dedicated to fashion. Lamoda Group co-founder and CEO Niels Tonsen will set the tone with his remarks about building a fashion supermarket with a thousand brands and two million items, and how to improve product delivery in Russia. The Ritz Carlton Vice President for Western Europe Sandeep Walia will introduce the audience to storytelling as the new tool in hotel business promotion.

In the second section of the conference, beauty, Alexander Vreeland, founder and President of Diana Vreeland Parfumes and grandson of the legendary Vogue editor, will inspire the audience with the brand concept and speak about creating a unique world-famous brand based on family values. Esterk Lux Parfum Art Director Ilya Volkov will use his company’s example to explain the principles of emotional marketing in selective perfumes and give some examples of augmented reality by SergeLutens.

Instagram is a major part of modern mobile users’ life. It is widely used for promotion. One of the brightest stars of the Russian music industry, Manizha, will speak about her path to stage through Instagram and will describe her strategy of conversing online subscribers into actual music fans.

Experts in the next section will cover one of the most popular digital areas, digital marketing. VimpelCom (Beeline) Chief Digital Officer George Held will speak about making user data work for your business, and evaluate expectations in Big Data research. Viber Vice President for Global Partnership Cristina Constandache will continue the topic. Representative of one of the world’s most popular messengers will show how to efficiently start the dialogue between a brand and its audience via chat. Sterotactic co-founders Vasily Kuibar and Pavel Karykhalin will present examples of the best advertising in 2016 and a review of best advertising case studies.

Native advertising from generating ideas to implementation and final result is a topic of a round table with representatives of three links in the chain, client, executor and consumer. One of the participating experts will be Wired Media Group Commercial Director Nick Sargent.

CNDD Sport will continue the topic of the conference on April 7-8 at The Ritz-Carlton. This is a completely new format of a conference about revolutionary technology in sports that opens a new sport era. International and Russian experts will share their experience at a lecture. Gymnastics legend and founder of the silavoli24.ru online project Lyasan Utiasheva will host a group workout.

On April 9, for the third time, CNDD Next Generation will bring together the new generation and its parents. Speakers and guests will talk about new technology through the eyes of Generation Z, education and upbringing in the new media age.
